BEAUTY REVIEW // TECHNIC MEGALASH MASCARA

For the past two years, I’ve always used Seventeen Waterproof Mascara because it never lets me down. I’ve been so dependent on this mascara that I’ve become cautious of buying new mascaras that I have never tried before. In my opinion, the amount of mascaras that’s been released by brands over the months have been overwhelming so I’ve always stuck to what I know. I was rather intrigued when I saw the Megalash Mascara was part of my bundle from Technic because I’ve always wondered whether there would be something better than the Seventeen Waterproof one I use. I tested this mascara out over the weekend just to see what I thought of the product and how it compared to what I usually wear. To begin with, the overall packaging and aesthetic of the mascara is minimally stylish and resembles packaging from brands such as Maybelline which I adore. It doesn’t give off a chemical smell that a lot of mascaras give so that definitely ticked one of my boxes. I was essentially impressed with the formula of this mascara because they made my eyelashes look quite shiny and it didn’t burn or irritate my eyes like I’ve come to face with some mascaras in the past. You need the usual few coats to achieve good volume but the results are notable and they look lengthy without the unpleasant clumps. At large, this mascara is terrific for the price of £4.00! I dare to say it but when I compared the two mascaras at the weekend, the Technic Megalash mascara impressed me more than the Seventeen Waterproof so I will definitely be alternating between the two. To me, mascara completes the overall eye makeup and this budget product is exactly what I look for. I would definitely recommend this mascara because foremost, its completely a budget beauty product and secondly it truly does the job! *This product was sent to me for review by a brand
